we are searching for a motivated and professional individual to join our customer service team here at ion solar. in this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience. you will field inbound calls, texts, and emails. you will learn the solar process well enough to be able to assist customers in the best way possible aiming to answer all questions customers have about their solar projects while seeking to create a positive experience for each customer.
to be a successful customer service specialist, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. you should be polite, reliable and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
responsibilities:
an excellent customer service specialist has t he following responsibilities and duties:
action all inbound calls, texts and emails. monitor live chats in bird-eye assist with one off, special projects assigned by your supervisor or manager learn t he solar process in depth, and become a solar expert. complete outbound calls to return voicemails, and follow up with customers.qualifications:
an excellent customer service specialist should have the following skills, education and experience:
exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills. proficiency with computers, especially with crm software and strong typing skills. solar experience is a plusion solar’s mission: about ion solar:
