Client service manager - united states, schenectady

the client service manager will be a key point of contact for both internal and external customers. they will manage a team of 4-6 inisde sales represetnative that take customer orders and inbound calls concerning product fulfillment.  the client service manager must have the ability to function across multiple departments and levels of an organization and communicate effectively with sales team as well as with executive leadership.

what you can expect:
manage the internal sales department planning, prioritization, and delegation of daily operational tasks in order processing. act as the main point of contact for customers optimize work processes for internal sales as well as related interface processes train and develop performance improvement strategies for inside sales team create new customer master data direct customer and budget responsibility and proactive sales for our small customers what we expect:



bachelor of science degree in business administration or related 3-5+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in manufacturing space ideally 1-3 years of experience in customer facing leadership role with people management responsibilities  7-10 years overall relevant experience with mentoring or team lead experience will be considered
