description

pre install department supervisor contributes to ion solar by supporting the daily needs of the team and helping with the demands of scheduling and auditing.  the supervisor is responsible for conducting weekly performance quality assessments and providing feedback to team members. maintains an advanced understanding of the metrics and reporting utilized within the department. partners with area operations managers to update daily/weekly schedule needs. available to assist the team with questions and escalations. 

responsibilities:

pre install department supervisor has the following responsibilities and duties:

conduct 5 quality reviews per team member per week host brief 1:1 meeting to provide effective feedback regular communication with area managers for schedule needs maintains and updates team audit tool additional quality checks looking for trends and opportunities maintains/updates sop’s and training materials for accuracy advanced understanding of audit process and dashboard reports supports office and field team with enphase portal issues motivates and supports team to meet daily expectations partners with manager to develop daily focus and action plan

qualifications:

pre install supervisor should have the following skills, education and experience:

excellent communication skills, both written and verbal previous salesforce experience preferred but not required time management problem solving proficient with google office tools decision making project management leadership high school diploma or equivalent
