• manage the requisition process for corporate openings including partnering with hiring managers to fully understand the needs of each role

• create and execute custom sourcing plans for each new requisition, including consideration of job boards, direct recruiting, community partnerships, social media marketing and employee referrals

• ensure all recruitment postings, interview questions and correspondence are compliant with current federal, state and local employment laws

• manage the recruiting workflow from end to end including reviewing applicants, sharing profiles with hiring managers, and communicating with candidates to schedule interviews, assessments, and other activities

• coordinate the interview process as determined by each hiring manager, including conducting phone screens and/or in-person interviews and managing the follow-up and offer process for each candidate

• continually explore, develop and implement new sourcing and evaluation methods and tools

• build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates and a network of contacts to leverage for strategic roles

• partner with talent acquisition, human resources and other corporate team members to facilitate a smooth on-boarding process and promote retention

• provide recruiting reports and metrics in accordance with standard departmental protocol

• act as an internal progressive contributor on sourcing and recruitment strategies and assist with the creation and roll-out of best practices

• other duties as assigned



qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment in a corporate environment, staffing agency a big plus

• experience direct recruiting talent on the phone, exhibiting thick skin with a no-fear mentality to uncovering passive talent

• strong written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills; ability to interact and form relationships with a variety of different personality types

• must exhibit a high degree of professionalism with an energetic, enthusiastic work ethic

• proven ability to multi-task; excellent time-management skills

• fast-paced, deadline driven environment; strong camaraderie and teamwork mentality required

• proven reliability to be validated by references
