responsibilities:

a kforce client is seeking to hire a project manager in round rock, texas (tx). the ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced senior it pm with multiple nas data migrations under their belt. responsibilities include: a project manager is developing project plan to collect required environment, system, application, and user data from customer's environment tracking hardware orders from finalized bom through manufacturing and delivery to successful installation; this will include coordinating with data center contacts to ensure proper floor space, cooling, networking, and power are available at time of delivery (or delegating to capable jr pm) the project manager is developing project plan for nas data migrations inclusive of: migration wave definition, dependencies, uat, and success factors business critical application, service rankings, validating those rankings with internal, and customer teams a project manager is developing communication plan inclusive of all stakeholders (technical, customer, internal, and end users) overseeing required customer change management processes and timeframes are successfully met

requirements:
