education/certificates:

high school diploma or equivalent required.valid driver’s license may be required.

experience:

minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality or retail position.experience using microsoft outlook, word, and excel.

skills, knowledge & abilities:

ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in english.intermediate knowledge of microsoft outlook, word and excel.strong typing skills.superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. professional verbal and written communication skills.strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis.ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.bilingual (spanish) strongly preferred.

essential duties:

primary liaison with residents/construction management.attends weekly meetings with construction management, operations and contractors, as needed.creates and distributes communications with residents for preparedness and execution of occupied scopes of work.coordinates communications with residents for the execution of exterior scopes of work.plans, organizes, and attends all resident events (town hall meetings) to communicate project expectations/milestones etc.develops and maintains positive rapport with residents throughout the project.works closely with construction management and property management. to help facilitate project execution including key management and weekly tracking reports.assists with resident notices/email blasts.assists with notifications for utility shutoffs related to construction management projects.addresses resident issues/concerns/complaints.coordinates and schedules the access for resident use of “quiet zone/unit”.joins construction management staff for unit pre-construction walks (3 days prior to start date).assists with service requests from residents where construction is taking place that does not tie back to construction activities.coordinates resident events (breakfast on the go, etc.), as needed during construction projectscreates and distributes community newsletters.receives packages and notifies residents of delivery.receives and distributes mail.sends resident birthday cards and thank you cards.tends to the ongoing customer service needs of each resident throughout their residency.fields and successfully satisfies resident complaints with the help of management.welcomes new residents, assessing move in experience.greets visitors, answers phones, assists prospects and accepts and inputs work orders, as needed.accepts rents and provide receipts, as needed.completes company required training by established deadline.complies with all fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.
