description

this inside sales appointment setter will report directly to the inside sales manager. the primary responsibility will be communicating with customers through various channels to qualify and set appointments for the outside sales team, then appointment confirmations, and lastly follow ups with sales reps on appointment dispositions/details. the job will require the employee to lead by example by being on the phone and meeting productivity expectations, following policies/procedures, and staying positive. this role will occasionally require assistance with reports and other various projects that management may request.

$12-hr plus commissions(base + commission = average range $19-$24-hr)

6-8 hour shifts 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (monday through friday) 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (rotating saturdays)

responsibilities:

train, learn and become the expert on teams processes, policies/procedures and becoming a top producer. prospecting and speaking to homeowners over the phone, sms and email and any other communications channels available. qualify, convert and follow the current process for scheduling appointments for outside sales teams. personally meet and/or exceed goals and objectives through new customer acquisition and follow through. expected time on phones dialing/setting 5.5 hours monday - friday 1.5 hours on confirmations and follow-up communication required time may be reduced based on requested tasks by management production, sets, & sales expectations & goals will be based on a 5.5 hour dialing schedule. assist with updating any and all training, reporting or other tasks requested from management. assist with supporting and helping in-office and work from home agents. complete daily confirmations, follow-up communication with outside reps when necessary. be a quick learner, team driven, friendly with an upbeat attitude, and be passionate about solar. you must lead by example

qualifications:

previous sales experience is preferred  competitive spirit and goal-oriented  thrives in a commission-based environment  phone-related service a major plus  proficiency in using computer applications  strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our crm system simultaneously
