lb&b associates inc. is seeking an assistant fuel terminal manager for its contract to provide fuel support services at nas fallon, nv.

the assistant fuel terminal manager is responsible for assisting the terminal manager with the oversight of all operations including personnel, contractual obligations, profitability, administration, fuel inventory, and interfacing with the customer.  this position acts as the terminal manager in his/her absence.

the assistant fuel terminal superintendent shall have should have a minimum of three (3) years experiences in petroleum services operations and documented supervisory experience gained within five years immediately prior to the latter of the contract start date or the individuals hiring date. that experience should have been supervisory experience in bulk storage or mobile fuel servicing operations with emphasis on equipment/systems maintenance and quality surveillance. 

the assistant terminal manager shall have experience in bulk fuel terminal operations to include the receipt, storage, internal handling, and shipment of petroleum products via truck, pipeline, and aircraft refueling operations. practical experience shall include the operation and maintenance of bulk petroleum storage tank systems, the interconnecting pipelines, receipt headers, fill stands, direct aviation fueling servicing equipment, and service stations (manual/automated). the assistant terminal manager shall also have working knowledge of environmental regulations, fuel quality surveillance, inventory and accounting, and preventative maintenance systems to the extent that he/she understands the documents and reports for which he/she is responsible.

high school diploma or g.e.d. required.
