our client is currently hiring for an advanced practice registered nurse.

summary/objective:
this position is a role designed to provide psychiatric oversight to hbh clients. the aprn will be responsible for providing psychiatric care based on the clinical need of each individual's needs. the aprn will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning among other services to clients.

required education and experience:
* must be an active and licensed aprn in the state of ct, have an active dea certificate, and have an active controlled substance abuse certificate in the state of ct.
* minimum 1 year of prior experience in working within a community based health organization setting is preferred.
* experience with diverse populations and delivering culturally competent treatment is required.
* bilingual in english and spanish strongly preferred.
