d.r. horton, inc. is currently looking for an internet sales specialist for their sales and marketing department. the right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.
essential duties and responsibilities
manage all incoming leads from company website & 3rd party lead sources. document and update customer interaction within customer relationship management (crm) system. participate in realtor presentations to promote existing & upcoming communities. strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor. technologically proficient. microsoft office & crm experience preferred. excellent written and verbal communication. strong organizational skills. promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness.education and/or experience
nevada real estate license required.
