essential duties:

learn quickly and assimilate knowledge to improve the way we approach workidentify and attack our most pressing problems with rigor and creativitycomplete some amount of transactional workeventually lead a diverse team of 4 to 25 people to achieve performance metrics and outcomes

minimum qualifications:

review all jobs in the closeout queue within 15 minutes, either sending feedback to the crew or approving the job.complete all pre-install audits, scheduling all midpoint inspections with 0% erroralways have a plan of action for every account in the needs to be substantially complete queue in your region (touched within 2 days)take an average of 10-15 inbound phone calls daily
