Our esteemed client is seeking to add a hr business partner to their shared services team in manchester, nh in a local healthcare facility.

salary: $90,000 - $110,000 / commensurate with experience
worksite location: manchester, nh
remote flexibility: hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

key responsibilities: provide hr consultation to department managers with staffing, compensenation, benefits, training, and employee relationspartner with and counsel employees and management to resolve employee relation issueswork closely with staff to improve work relationships, build employee morale, and increase productivity/retention within departmentsadvise employees through formal coaching, training, and disciplinary actions as neededcounsel employees and management to follow all hr policies and guidelines accordinglycoordinate all activities involved with termination, wage payouts, benefit information, and legal requirements key qualifications:exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders with strong consulitative skillspossess strong conflict management skillsexcellent written & verbal communicationknowledge of state and federal lawsability to maintain confidential informationbachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5-7 years experience as hr generalist or hr manager requiredphr, sphr, or hr certificate preferredfor immediate consideration, please e-mail your resume to [email available when viewing the job]
