what you will have an opportunity to do:

we are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our golf operations as a guest services supervisor.


the ideal candidate uses their engaging personality set the example for the team on how to create a memorable first impression for our golf guests as they arrive and throughout their visit.


the golf operations guest services supervisor will lead and direct the team in offering guests a warm welcome.


they will also be the leader of information for the golf team to serve as a source of knowledge for the guest, visitors and members - for everything about the course, the hotel, our amenities, and the local area.

your role:


provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interestinteracts with all golf guests. the supervisor will welcome each guest as they arrive.you will be escorting and orienting the guest so as to stat their day of well. as you do so, you will be explaining our amenities and fun facts they should know about our course, hotel and amenities.train and mentor the team of golf cart attendants to provide exceptional customer service"be the difference"with all guest and employees and do more than just “the norm".

what are we looking for?

ability to remain calm and provide direction at all timesability to solve problems when they ariseability to work in a team environment is a mustpleasant and helpful personalitymust be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotelprevious experience in a golf course or hotel environment strongly preferred.hospitality industry experience is strongly desired
