essential responsibilities:

work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex 4g/5g core issues and product issuesusing our tools, design and develop advanced big data analytics reporting covering areas of network and service assurance, subscriber analytics, cem, wi-fi networks.become an expert on data analytics platforms such as vertica, postgresql, microstrategy, docker, kafka, elasticsearchworking knowledge of ran performance metrics and call flowidentify and execute strategic customer focused projectsinterface with our world-class support, sales, development and sqa teams to identify and to resolve customer issuesutilizing our technical tips and solutionscoordinate changes to the configuration, upgrades and other related mattersprovide documented in-depth technical solutions and training for customer and other engineerscontribute to the development and ongoing improvement of technical support procedures and infrastructurecontribute to the development and ongoing improvement of technical support procedures and infrastructureadvise customer on network management best practices using our product suiterequired skills:

bachelors degree in electronics/ communication/ electrical or computer science /network security or equivalent experiencemust have minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom service provider industry or telco vendor industryminimum of 5-years supporting critical customers at their locationexperience working remotely, but cooperatively with hqmust have a solid understanding of 4g lte core network (epc)good to have sdn, nfv and cloud experience but not a must.experience with data analytics platforms such as vertica, postgresql, microstrategy, docker, kafka, elasticsearchsolid understanding of cable industry standards and some involvement in public forums ip routing & switching: sound understanding of ip/mpls and ethernet technologiesproven experience in network management and monitoringexpert knowledge of a wide range of state-of-the-art network practices and technology to advise on resolution of critical and complex network issuesstrong knowledge or experience in the ims/lte/5g core networks wireless and 3gpp/3gpp2 standards.good understanding of voip and wireless protocols (sip, rtp, diameter etc.)hands on experience with protocol analyzer tools and debugging toolsexpert-level understanding of system protocols and interfaces that are used within a cable networkstrong unix/linux/storage systems knowledge and adept on the related disciplinesccna required (ccnp preferred)server hardware support certification is a plus (dell dosd)linux certification required (rhtc minimum)previous experience in managing multiple projects will be considered as a plus.
