Help desk technician - united states, doctor sobral

are you a help desk tier 2 specialist ? a.r. mazzotta has an opening working in a busy, call center in the wallingford area for you! this position is contract expected to run through june 2022 .

$26 - $28 depending on help desk background.

tier 2 help desk representatives are responsible for handling escalated tickets that the first line of support team was unable to resolve. tier 2 experience is required, plus degree and/or certifications.

position involves troubleshooting and diagnosing software and hardware issues on personal computers and laptops. you will work with professional technicians and service departments on services and repairs that maybe needed.

area of expertise is needed in the following:

windows 10 windows service 2016 – 2019 hp device manager thin-clients

additional responsibilities for this helpdesk role:

providing end-user support working with on-site and offshore teams upgrading memory and hardware ensuring full work-station set-up including monitors, cpu, keyboard, mouse, printers, etc.) work with 3 rd party vendors for application and printer support support during service outages handle maintenance on windows
