the boeing company is looking for an experienced manufacturing operation analyst - automation coordinator to join our 777x horizontal build line team in everett, wa.

777x horizontal build line is a dynamic work environment that will be challenging but rewarding as we continue to increase rate building composite wings.

this position is expected to be 100% onsite. the selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

position responsibilities:

conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.analyze and interpret data.provide feedback on assessment results.work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives.work under general direction.coordinate which gantry/fbr (fixed bed robots) robots will be used during upcoming automation runs.coordinate gantry, fbr and any other tooling moves requiring agv’s (automated guided vehicles) with all shifts.cal-cert coordinator responsible for ensuring calibration is scheduled during down times and ready for production use.daily shift meetings with equipment services, br&t and equipment engineering to ensure daily production milestones are completed with automation equipment.will hold automation after action review meetings to discuss automation downtimes and necessary improvements to increase efficiency.


this position must meet export control compliance requirements, therefore a “us person” as defined by 22 c.f.r. § 120.15 is required. “us person” includes us citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

basic qualifications:

experience in a role that required organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and orchestrate multiple actions.3+ years of experience in microsoft office products such as outlook, powerpoint, excel, and word.3+ years of experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication.

preferred qualifications:

bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.3+ years of experience with automation equipment is preferred.

typical education/experience: 

education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.
master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
