how you will make an impact

- preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

- outline accounts receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

- arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- balance accounts by reconciling entries

- maintain quality historical records by filing documents

- oversee and manage general ledger

- bs degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred

- experience using accounting software

- previous experience as a bookkeeper preferred

- payroll experience preferred

- quickbooks online experience preferred

- solid understanding of accounts payable (ap)

- command of accounts receivable (ar)
