drive auto, sinclair broadcast group’s automotive digital marketing agency, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated senior digital marketing strategy manager. in this role you will be the link between automotive clients, campaign strategy, and the optimized execution required to meet business goals. you will lead as a visionary, harnessing the best from the tech and data world to deliver a forward-thinking performance model the defines success across all major digital media channels.  this position will involve hands on campaign management along with vip client facing communication, staying informed on the latest industry trends, and bringing them to life both on the glass and as a consultant.  if this sounds like you, keep reading!


the ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of digital advertising strategy and tactics. you will be expected to continually develop, adhere to, and improve campaign set-up, execution, and optimization standards with special attention to sem techniques. this person must be able to hit the ground running, learn quickly, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment. 


as a senior digital marketing strategy manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas: 1) design, implementation, and execution of paid media strategy 2) development of optimization sop’s 3) vip client consultation and support through one-off and scheduled calls 4) ownership of evolving advertising solution set with corresponding sle’s and performance expectations. 


the senior digital  paid search marketing strategy manager will



develop, optimize, and manage paid digital media strategies across the agency for clients
track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to contextualize successes, challenges, and recommendations for clients
interpret analytics, assess reports and work with sales teams to build competitive analysis
possess extensive experience with analytical research, a/b testing, and data interpretation 
provide oversight and recommendations to team members 
have a working knowledge of all of google/meta/microsoft's ad policies, and be able to stay up to date on changing policies and be able to scale those requirements
participate and contribute to calls with sales teams and clients reviewing campaigns and providing optimization and analysis 
design & implementation of ad-hoc client requests for campaign builds, creative rollouts, reporting requests and other needs
coordinate with engineering to facilitate technology implementations that drive client and operational efficiency
partner with engineering to facilitate the configuration of inventory & offer feeds
other digital agency duties as assigned

qualifications



5-6 years in experience working in paid search & social
automotive marketing experience required
customer service and client communication skills required
bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred
certifications within google ads and microsoft advertising is required 
blueprint certification from meta is a plus 
experience w/call tracking systems & implementations
strong copy writing skills
proven people leader with track-record of process development and value delivery at scale
ability to grasp complex concepts and systems quickly, and express them in simple ways
working experience within google tag manager & google analytics for paid media marketing objectives

the company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. the base salary compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance,  health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the colorado equal pay for equal work act and equal pay transparency rules. final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
