brittany pointe estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our maintenance technician position. our beautiful, gated community is located in lansdale, pa.
in this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and hvac. in addition, proficient with mobile devices. supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
the ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
