the primary responsibilities of the recruitment consultant include:

manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and newsearch, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resourcesbuild close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidatesmanage the process from interview through offer stageconduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidatesbe responsible for "hunting"new business opportunities and lead generationhave an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposalsnegotiate commercial terms of business and rates
