key responsibilities will include:

facilitate special operating and/or reporting requirements and prepare monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and quarterly reporting, including flux analysis.assist with preparation of tax package schedules for various companies and additional year-end reporting requirements.work in multiple erp environments; develop standard processes.identify and implement process improvements in gl system by researching and assessing established standardized work flow procedures and policies. collaborate cross-functionally and wiith senior management*minimum of bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
•minimum 2 years experience in general accounting, with a focus on general ledger activities.
