hybrid schedule hr manager needed for an office in franklin, tn.

duties will include but are not limited to:

manage and ensure the efficient operations and execution of the hr and benefit functions under direction, plans, directs and supervises the operations of various employee benefit program including health, life, accident, disability, fmla, 401k, non-qualified deferred compensation plan, health spending accounts and related duties as requiredoversee and manage the hris system peform all hr generalist duties to include record keeping, associate onboarding, and employee relationssupport the department managers with hr related issues requirements:
must have knowledge of employment laws (state and federal) plus wage and hourly laws and regulations knowledge of payroll and payroll tax preparation and policies
