job description:

perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

responsibilities:

meet physical and sensory requirements.provide personal care of residents daily and as needed.routinely turn and position residents, as necessary.observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to charge nurse.participate in collecting data needed for accurate completion of mds and plan of care.

requirements/qualifications:

current nursing assistant certification.effective verbal and written communication skills.highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure.strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills.function independently.
