Accounts payable clerk - united states, m'sila

we are looking for an accounts payable associate to temporarily join an accounting team at a manufacturing company located in lake bluff, il. the ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with others and have high level of organizational skills. to qualify, you must have one year of accounts payable experience. this role is 100% onsite and can pay up to $23/hour.

qualifications:

· high school diploma

· 1 year of ap experience

· fast and accurate data entry skills

· proficiency in microsoft office (specifically excel)

· highly organized and detail oriented.

· ability to multitask with effective time management skills

· exceptional communication skills

· ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

·         review all invoices for accuracy and approval before payment

·         process and monitor payments

·         match invoices to checks

·         prepare vendors checks for mailing

·         maintain updated vendor information
