ultimate staffing has a direct hire opportunity for a large non-profit association in san diego.
we are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with strong communications skills as our project manager/executive assistant.
in this role, you will be the key advisor to the executive director and work with team in planning, executing, integrating, operationalizing, and implementing goals and priorities.
you will be the right hand to the executive director and assist with integrating and connecting work and being the communicating link between the team and the broader organization.
this person will be responsible for the overall coordination of the team and the execution of various projects and programs.
you will assist staff in a collabrative work environment with keeping them on task with various projects
create and oversee agendas for team meetings and execute strategic time management strategies for the team
prioritize and facilitate team activites and upcoming commitments
prepare reports, proposals, presentations for the executive director
partner with the director of operations in devloping and tracking budget and finances
serve as senior support to the ed and respond to critical issues as they arise
this position requires 8+ years of consistant work experience in managing multiple complex projects, staff management and serving as an executive assistant to a director
ideal candidate should be professional, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented
must be proficient in ms office 365 to include teams, planner, word, excel and outlook
this position will be a hybrid role once past the training period
salary is between $68,000-$72,800
