Adecco creative & marketing is recruiting an email marketing analyst for a temporary opportunity with a multi-billion-dollar specialty retailer and globally recognized brand that cultivates a values-based culture that values diversity, gives back to communities, and works to make the planet a better place.
the email marketing analyst will be responsible for planning the email marketing calendar and targeting strategy for the company. qualified candidates will be skilled in the principles of email file segmentation and email best practices, with a functional knowledge of database marketing and a/b email testing. the email marketing analyst will also analyze campaign results, identify incremental sales opportunities, and build email marketing plans and recommendations based on findings from testing and historic performance. this position is currently remote but could become an onsite position in the future.

responsibilities:
plan complex email marketing campaigns, including interpreting the strategy, scheduling and organizing resources, assessing possible risks, managing the deliverables, and meeting deadlines plan the email marketing calendar, segmentation strategy, and testing agenda analyze campaign results to identify incremental sales opportunities develop presentations and reporting of email performance to other areas of the business provide analytical support to the business related to email creative and targeting to drive optimal response collaborate effectively with the email team, cross-functional partners, and third-party vendors review tactical execution of campaigns, including feedback and recommendations to ensure expected strategic results are achieved
qualifications:
required
bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 2+ years of applicable digital marketing experience experience driving and creating dynamic or personalized experiences for customers using different cuts of data/segments project management experience well versed in the mechanics of email with a working knowledge of email and crm best practices ability to effectively benchmark and pattern best-in-class email marketing programs strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to completion effective team member with strong team orientation excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail preferred
dynamic data, email marketing, and personalization experience experience working for a large retail company experience with complex and dynamic personalized campaigns
