Adecco creative & marketing is recruiting a website designer for a fully remote temporary opportunity with a multi-billion-dollar specialty retailer and globally recognized brand that cultivates a values-based culture that values diversity, gives back to communities and works to make the planet a better place.

the website designer will be involved in maintaining and evolving the creative projection for the homepage, landing page(s) pages, daily site updates, and seasonal creative packages. the scope of work is digital design and production and will draw heavily on strong typography, and concept development.

responsibilities:
maintain and evolve homepage from the initial build through creative reviews and daily updates ensure all updates visually support the creative projection of each window support art director in creative exploration of creative test ideas attend and create deliverables for key process meetings and reviews deliver a highly creative level of graphic design for all projects by established deadlines partner closely with art director to support and roll out seasonal directions and any ancillary seasonal packages partner with key cross-functional partners to ensure creative direction is maintained pattern and research current design/industry trends to ensure designs stay creatively and technologically relevant
qualifications:
experience & education
must-have
bachelor of fine arts degree 3+ years of graphic design experience strong retail, fashion, and ecommerce experience proven talent in graphic & interactive design nice-to-have
motion graphics, video editing, and interactive video experience
technical skills
must-have
mastery of adobe creative suite proven talent in graphic & interactive design strong retail, fashion, and ecommerce experience nice-to-have
experience designing and delivering files for websites
professional skills
expertise in digital design and production, including strong typography and concept development expert knowledge of ecommerce and direct marketing/emarketing best practices excellent creative designer and conceptual thinker ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines highly organized with extreme attention to detail strives to make each project meet or exceed expectations self-motivated and independent thinker strong problem-solving skills understands the brand and has a high fashion taste level flexibility to meet shifting priorities and/or unexpected problems strong communication skills willingness to work late when deadlines dictate positive, collaborative, and inclusive team member ability to manage tight deadlines and large volumes of work while still maintaining a high level of creative
