Adecco is assisting a local client in east long meadow, ma by sourcing for a receptionist/data entry. hours are monday - friday 8:00am to 4:30pmpm. pay scale range $16.00 - $18.00. if you are interested, please apply now!
the ideal candidate should have:
answer multi-line phone and take clear, informative messages or route calls appropriately. also filing with accuracy and keeping files neat, sort and distribute mail and prepare outgoing mail and greet vendors, customers etc. who come into the building. data entry is vital to this position. will need to have knowledge of excel, word, typewriters (yes typewriters!) and be neat and organized. attendance is a key component of success in this position. if this role is of interest, please apply now
