Job summary
lead manufacturing process in assigned area while monitoring product quality and output.
responsibilities
assign, monitor and review progress, quality, and accuracy of work, direct efforts and provide technical guidance on more complex issues. provide input into performance reviews and train new team members.troubleshoot and correct a variety of issues. monitor machine performance to optimize process and resolve problems. provide expertise and support on complex issues.assist in root cause analysis, identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement.update management on issues or problems that impact achieving individual and/or team goals and offer suggestions for resolution.

to perform core functions of the position must have the ability to read and understand information presented in writing in english. to perform core functions of the position must have the ability to perform basic math (addition and subtraction). position requires:overtime based on business needs. standing and/or walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week repetitive hand movement. lifting: weights vary from 5 pounds up to 25 and in some cases higher than 25 pounds. working in a closed-sterile environment. must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week. preferred qualifications
previous production/manufacturing experience.
