tbc enterprise it team ensures the strategy, design, delivery, deployment, maintenance, and support of our corporate systems are best-in-class. we therefore collaborate closely with all areas of the business. within that overall team, this qa manager role will be responsible for overall responsibilities for the qa function including improving the overall maturity. the role will collaborate very closely with all functional and development teams and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and develop and manage the test scenarios for all the new development projects.

job responsibilities

responsible for test scope including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and collaborating with business relationship managers (brm) and development leads and key business stakeholders for user acceptance testing build and manage internal / external testing teams review of delivery partner test coverage plans and test deliverables and ensure they meet tbc's standards and expectations coordinate with the stakeholders to facilitate the gathering and documenting of test automation objectives and requirements for input into automation strategy and design approach manages automated testing artifacts to ensure proper reuse, versioning, backups, organization and retention.

qualifications

demonstrable experience with managing test management functions with sap programs / projects experience with sap solution manager, hp quality center experience in working with business stakeholders, functional teams and development teams preferably test management qualifications e.g istqb / iseb or tmap should have hands-on experience with following: uft selenium webdriver with java/c#/python/js postman prior experience working with jira and test management add-ons and managing test labs within jira is highly preferred
