on behalf of our client located in santa fe springs, we are currently looking for a billing clerk.

responsibilities for for the billing clerk include:

responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of billing invoices. must ensure that billing is done based on customers' requirements prepare all job files and preliminary invoices for each job that is complete or that can be partially billed. submit to project manager for review and approvaledi – electronic data processing for any customers that invoicing needs to be done daily through electronic media. attach all pertinent documents to each job file such as vendor invoices, po’s from the customer, etc.serve as the primary customer contact for billing issues.maintain detailed and accurate job files, documents and reports regarding billings.produce reports, letters, and other correspondence as needed.collections – work with credit manager on any queries made on collection.

2 years minimum experience in billing and job trackingelectronic billing experience a pluslabor and material billing is a plusability to multi-taskdetail orientedadvanced proficiency in ms excel
