join a fast growing team of individuals who care about enhancing the lives of seniors in our community! we are looking for a service coordinator who would be able to support clients and their families through this aging season. you would be dealing directly with clients performing the following duties (not inclusive list):
schedule employees with clientswork with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client’s caremonitor, mediate, and log all client and employee activity utilizing the software system.work with clients and their families on the various issues that may arise to ensure they are getting resolution to issues as well as receiving the services needed.qualifications desired:
outgoing personality who is a high level team playerhighly organized and able to handle consistent, necessary changeability to write and speak professionallydesire to build trusting relationships with our clients and familieshave some experience with duties listed aboveability to speak calmly in stressful situationscomplete and pass a level 2 nationwide criminal background check, dmv check and drug screenpossess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driverbenefits:
