adecco is hiring immediately for an hr recruiter with a local client in dublin, ca. corporate recruiters perform essential duties with pay starting at $40.00/hour, plus available overtime. in this role, you will be responsible for the execution of assigned candidate searches. this will include screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, communicating with hiring managers throughout the search process, conducting reference checks, and maintaining the database. you will report to the senior manager of talent acquisition.

requirements:

bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience required

2+ years of recruiting experience

ability to work in fast-paced, results-oriented environment

excellent written and verbal communication skills

ability to work remotely if necessary
