we are currently assisting a nationwide client in sourcing for licensed insurance agents candidates.

what does a licensed insurance agent do?

they deliver exceptional service and utilize their problem-solving skills to answer customer questions in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls only. examples of inbound calls could be focused on sales and customer experience. all call center reps will be supported by a dedicated team of leaders. you'll also get 5 weeks of paid training to help prepare you to succeed on the job.

 

 

requirements:

commercial property & casualty license, personal lines not accepted

high school diploma or equivalent

basic experience and knowledge of microsoft office suite

must have high speed internet (will sent test link to confirm)

pay at $20/hr. plus performance based incentives 

bilingual (spanish) - additional $1/hour, must be verified by interview with customer

full-time, 40 hour schedule

work schedule:

need to be available to work 8 hour shifts between 7 am - 7 pm monday -  friday

10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; off saturday and sunday

houston, tx  (must reside within 25 miles of the city)
