pay rate: $22.00/hr
schedule: 8am – 4pm with a work shift that will include saturdays for a total of 35 hours/week. position may work excess of 35 hours a week when pre-approved by supervisor.

job summary
admin position is a role within the wellmed charitable foundation that will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the wellmed delivers program. the position reports to the vice president of social responsibility.
job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
monitoring referrals in quickbase; adjusting work distribution across volunteers as needed
assigning referrals to volunteers to complete orders and complete data entry accordingly
serve as market lead when needed
assign volunteers and assist with completion of orders
oversee data entry procedures in quickbase
process reimbursement to program volunteers
submit orders to moms meals when needed and reconcile spending for monthly invoices
some weekend work required
communicate program updates to volunteers
provide program reports to vice president of social responsibility
deliver program presentations to internal audiences
design and maintain program promotion collateral
recommend changes to the program for process improvement
coordinate with internal departments to address repeat referral clients
