treloar's is a ground-breaking organisation managing one of the largest specialist schools and colleges in the uk for young people with disabilities. our fundamental purpose is simple: to enable disabled young people to fulfil their potential in every aspect of their lives.

an opportunity has arisen for a major donor development manager to join our outstanding fundraising team. this is an established role raising upwards of gbp200,000 per year and is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their supporter care, fundraising and organisational skills to build vital relationships with individuals who have the capacity to make significant donations to treloar's.

this role will include working with major donors, high net worth individuals, corporate donors and patrons such as our royal patron hrh the countess of wessex. you will take a lead role in developing relationships as well as contributing strategically to the development of major donor fundraising.

the successful candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent relationship building skills as well as a strategic thinker who can motivate others to support treloar's. ideally you should have experience in a similar role of managing a wide portfolio of major donors and proven experience of securing six figure donations. however, if you think you have skills that would transfer to this role, we'd love to hear from you too.
