the candidate shall be responsible for the management and operations of 4-5 retail properties in hartford and surrounding area. responsibilities will include personnel management, tenant services, budget development and administration, building maintenance, expense management, construction management and contract negotiation & administration.
responsibilities:
oversee moving pieces of daily operations
manage maintenance activities for building
review monthly financial statements and provide monthly reporting of property status updates, quarterly reports
review, approve, and appropriately code all property invoices for assigned buildings.
review a/r monthly and manage all delinquent accounts;
administer all contracts and proposals for service in conjunction with property management contracts, approved operating budget and standard operating procedures.
work with construction managers to oversee any construction activity
communicate with tenants / tenant relations
monthly site visits
qualifications
5+ years retail property management experience
proficient with microsoft windows, word, excel (spreadsheets), outlook, powerpoint.
experience in managing retail / grocery- anchor portfolio
