Housekeeping & garden maintenance non-smoking live-in couple wanted! - united kingdom, godalming, surrey

we are looking for a cheerful, honest and hard working young live-in couple (over 20's only) in a stable relationship to provide help for a busy family of five. dog & hen friendly couple essential and at least one driver! in return for your hardwork, reliability and honesty you will be provided with separate on-site accommodation including paid-for utility bills, including sky+ tv and internet.

we need a housekeeper for +/- 35 hours/week - housekeeping duties will include washing up, ironing, hoovering, changing beds etc. you will occasionally be required to supervise the children after school and in the holidays (two boys aged 16yrs and 13yrs who are both at boarding school, and one girl aged 10yrs). babysitting up to twice a week also required as part of the contract.

the other half of the couple will be required to provide 35hrs per week of flexible help with gardening, general property maintenance and of garden machinery and occasional errands in the local area. we will also require you for driving purposes on occasions, therefore a clean, valid driving licence is vital. for this we will provide access to a car (if you do not have your own transport) for use in your free time, for which you will be responsible for the cost of fuel. we are situated in a very pretty village close to godalming/guildford. local train station is 2 miles away and the journey to central london is 55 mins. as a couple you will also be required to look after the house and animals when we are away and the odd weekend if necessary.
