adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented customer service manager – project manager role in san diego, ca.   this is a direct hire opportunity!  successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be fluent in english, be reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service. salary is $63,0000 - $75.000 annually.  schedule is monday thru friday 8:00am-5:00pm but must be flexible. this is a salaried position.  if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!

 

responsibilities for this customer service manager job include:

 

  • manage, coach, and train a team of customer service reps
  • act as project implementation manager for new clients; oversee installations and implementation 
  • take sales orders and enter those into the work order system for manufacturing
  • enter appointments and information into the erp system; answer incoming calls
  • use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by       the customer
  • achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
  • other related duties

    qualifications:

     

  • bachelor degree highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of similar experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
