job description:

dispatchers are required to have strong communication skills and high attention to detail. they must have the ability to prioritize calls, schedule technicians to appropriate locations, communicate work orders, and contact customers for feedback. working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of commercial refrigeration and hvac is preferred.

education/requirements:
high school diploma/ged and 1-3 years of experience
