this job is a long term, temp to hire opportunity, with a pay rate of $16.00 an hour, plus overtime!

no prior drafting experience needed (training provided)!!

job description:

schematic design drawings design

development drawings construction specification documents

coordination with multiple disciplines (architects, project managers, gc etc)

maintains active awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s).

producing autocad drawings job requirements: strong organization and prioritization skills

high proficiency using computers/tablets/smartphones strong logic and critical thinking skills

ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the company

strong communication skills able to communicate well in english

ability to work independently with minimum supervision microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, project)
