Administrative assistant - united states, jamestown (new york)

adecco professional, finance, and insurance has an opening for an administrative assistant with a leading client of ours in manhattan, ny. this is a direct hire role for someone who is experienced in working in a corporate enviroment and supporting executives.

essential duties & responsibilities

• answer phones and greet visitors

• heavy scheduling: schedule appointments and maintain calendars and schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings

• collate and distribute mail

• prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

• write and edit documents from letters to reports and documents

•create, maintain and upload to electronic filing systems

•coordinating multi-layered travel, handle conference registrations

•a background in finance is great but not at all required
