what will you actually be doing as a contact center lead?

 

as a contact center lead at epiq you will assist with call center operation tasks such as sap timekeeping, entering hours for agents, and manage and organize workforce.  you will also conduct quality assurance of agents and provide consistent feedback. primary responsibilities include:

review and approve timecard entries and manage attendance

provide lead support training and development to agents

handle elevated issues/calls.
