maintenance supervisors ensure preventative maintenance, repairs, productivity, and the safety of mawintenance laborers driving productivity and operational effectiveness while overseeing the front line unionized labor force of 10-12 employees during assigned shifts.
previous experience in a heavy manufacturing setting is required, experience supervising laborers in a unionized setting is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related industrial field.
