job details:

type: full-time (40 hours / week)

length: 3 months, temp to hire

pay: $18.00/hr.

shift/hours: mon-fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

this is an onsite position in cheektowaga, ny.

description:

candidates are responsible for working with current freight customers on problem resolution and debt management, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

managing account queue

analyzing invoices for inaccuracy

working with billing, rating, invoicing, and sales to fix root cause issues

managing incoming emails timely

reviewing excel reports and updating properly

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of collections or accounts payable experience

proficient with microsoft office, including excel

experience in the transportation industry a plus!
