qualifications needed: 

bachelor's degree, or high school/associates degree w/ 6 years of hr experience

6 years minimum of progressively responsible hr experience

bilingual english/spanish is a huge bonus but not a make it or break it

licensure/certifications needed: 

current shrm certification preffered
