gbp550 to gbp650 per day depending on experience

our client, a leading defence and security organisation are currently looking to take on a software engineer / java developer on an initial 12 month contract to support a development team on the creation of a new data storage systems.
requirements:
experienced java developer
distributed systems / micro services experience
ability to take requirements and turn them into working features (including design, review and engineering of those systems)
proficient with agile ways of working, devops, use of collaboration tools such as jira and confluence
big data analytics
