الوصف الوظيفي the successful candidate will be highly analytical, and detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to effectively influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, financial analysis, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. duties & responsibilities prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. collecting and analyzing financial data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates preparation of shipment costing and communicating with the relevant departments to ensure the cost and allocation. preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow manage accounts receivable and accounts payable analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. develop mechanisms, policies, and procedures to enhance compliance with the requirements of the finance functions, and accounting standards and regulations. motivate/lead/train/supervise other team members within the finance function. correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. handling all bank communications and maintaining proper records of facility renewals and loan repayment schedules communicating with other department heads to ensure smooth operation flow. المهارات ü at least 6-7 years experience in finance & accounts. ü university degree in finance, accounting, or related field/ any professional qualification (cima, acca, cma- fully or part) strong numerical and analytical skills; detail-oriented and methodical proficient user of microsoft package – especially “microsoft excel & word” solid knowledge of accounting regulations experience of working in a highly complex and multicultural environment must be fluent in written and oral english language- knowing arabic will be added advantage experience in erp system- knowing odoo will be added advantage experience in retail business note: available to join immediately تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة قطر قطاع الشركة الصيدلة طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل منطقة الإقامة قطر
