we are looking for a chef to join our team full-time at a middle eastern-inspired café in winchmore hill, north london. the role is full-time with up to 40 hours available per week. you will leading a team of 3 other fantastic chefs and a kp and will be responsible for running service and managing food prep. knowledge of middle eastern cuisine isn't crucial however an interest is important.

salary: £11 - £13/hr + tips
responsibilities:
lead kitchen team to execute dishes following recipe cards. we run a focused menu of authentic and middle eastern-inspired dishes which we have spent time developing. we also bake everything in-house including cakes & loaves however this will mainly be done by our pastry chef
manage both food prep and service
run kitchen operations in line with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times
proper labelling and storing of food

experience needed:
min. 2-year experience leading a kitchen team
an interest in middle eastern food
