Seeking administrative/personal assistant-
in-office only.
part-time/flexible hours appx. 20 hours a week
responsibilities:
-calendar management in outlook, including scheduling appointments
-updating contact lists
-running and handling personal errands
-researching on internet and making phone calls for information
-handle outgoing and ingoing mail, and maintain a supply inventory
-prepare expense reports
-travel arrangements (international/domestic)
-other administrative and office tasks
qualifications:
flexible/can do attitude
2-5+ years of related experience
microsoft office – outlook, excel, word, adobe
quickbooks experience, a plus
excellent written and verbal communication
high attention to detail and impeccable follow-up skills
